Wire binding process :
1. Bring your document together and measure the size so you can determine the spine you need being a 2:1 pitch or 3:1 pitch.
2. Set up the machine so that the holes match the wire and are centered on the spine you can do this by looking at the size guides labeled on most machines
3. Hang the wire on the front of the machine so paper is easily slotted onto it.
4. Separate your document so you can begin the hole punching process. You will only be able to fit a certain amount of pages into the device so make sure you do not get the document mixed up, punch and slot on to the wire.
5. Once you have the whole document punched and inserted onto the wire and you are happy to begin the press, you will not be able to adjust after. Move to the squeezing device and press so the C shape wire becomes an O shape don’t over press and crush the wire otherwise the document will not be able to open.
