Paper thickness can vary which will alter the spine size required. Please contact us if you need assistance in ascertaining the correct spine size for your paper. Alternatively, a spine measurer will help you select the correct spine size for future orders.

 

Delivery charges commence at £5.95 plus VAT and increase incrementally according to weight. To check your delivery charges, please see the estimator in ‘MY CART’. The exceptions to this are the large Binding machines (ST1025, BCC10) which will require a specialised delivery. In these instances, please contact us for delivery prices. Any items which are out of stock at the time of ordering will be despatched at no further charge once they become available.

 

Cancellation is not permitted except where expressly agreed by us in writing. If we agree to cancel, you shall indemnify us in full against all loss, charges & expenses incurred by us as a result of cancellation or 15% of the order value, whichever is the greater.

 

All goods made to special order may not be cancelled.

 

Orders requesting goods to be made to special order may not be cancelled.

 

No goods can be returned for exchange without our prior written agreement.

 

A returns number will be issued on request and this must be quoted on all parcels and correspondence.

 

Returned goods for exchange will be subject to an administration, restocking and handling charge.

 

Any credit due will be subject to the goods being returned in a saleable condition complete with their original packaging.

 

We shall at our option repair or replace goods found to be defective because of faulty materials or workmanship.

A 7 working day (Monday – Friday) ‘cooling off’ period commences upon receipt of your goods whereby you may cancel your order in part or in full for any reason.

 

Cancellation must be in writing either by email, fax or letter. Where cancellation is by letter we recommend that proof of postage is kept. Where cancellation is by fax we recommend that a fax transmission report is kept.

 

We request that goods are returned within 30 days and must be at the customers own cost (unless products are faulty). All products are to be returned in full, unused and with the original packaging. In instances of the first time purchase of resin binding products, samples will be supplied for you to trial which need not be returned.

Refunds for these products will be given on receipt of the unwanted goods or on the 30^th day after cancellation, whichever is soonest.

 

Where items are deemed to be faulty within the first 6 months after purchase, we will refund or replace at the customers request. All shipping costs for collections and deliveries will be incurred by Unibind UK.

 

Unibind brand thermal binding machines have a 1 year replacement warranty as standard to consumers.
