Unibind Systems and Xerox Global Services recently agreed a deal with office suppliers, Staples to supply the unique range of Unibind Steelbinding systems. The binding service is now available in 136 store locations UK-wide.
Staples have chosen Unibind as their thermal binding option, in part because of the impressive ability of the binder to allow Staples Copy Centre to be able to bind and service customers at the same time, allowing for quicker turnaround with a more professional bound document.
They have the benefit of choosing from a variety of products and finishes in order to present a document to their particular taste. The products available are SteelCrystal and SteelBooks so far, which are the most popular products worldwide. Both are easy to edit and have a strong, durable steel spine. One advantage of the SteelCrystal is that it already has a clear front and back attached to the spine. The SteelBook meanwhile, has the option of a window, allowing for customisation of the cover.
The way our binding system works means it is easy to amend documents. Being able to amend your documents is a huge benefit if you see a mistake in your work. The document is simply heated again to add or remove the relevant page(s) and so the document can be easily corrected or updated. A feature that is vital for any of our customers.
